We strive to be prompt in dispatching the orders, however, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company, the greatest part of the delivery process falls into their control. Indeed, you should have been notified and provided a timeframe when the delivery person would arrive with the parcel, as it is part of their procedure, but unfortunately, they failed to do so on this occasion. Nevertheless, we can only apologize for the frustration this has caused and for the time lost waiting for the courier. We do raise these cases internally with DHL in order to work towards avoiding such situations in the future.
