Very fast FTTP reliable fibre broadband with good service and comms, helpful and responsive customer services department. So glad we're not with BT any more.

Expensive service and lots of special offers which I missed out on. If you are using their service, make sure you get a good introductory deal.

Fast Internet Speed
Wifi was very poor but is now good thanks to Velop
Monthly charge was very high but is now more competitive
Reliability is fairly good but cannot cope with long power failures

Poor service and not recommended. Even there own engineers think the office staff are clueless!
