Truly awful service. Not returning calls, service down for over two weeks and no compensation!

Poor value - only new customers get the good deals.
They offer new customers deals that are half the price of existing customers. Emails to support and sales asking to switch to one of these new deals are ignored.

Recently we lost our internet. it took Gigaclear almost a week to restore our service - not acceptable.
