The oak mantel was left outside all day by delivery driver (luckily not stolen), on inspection was the wrong mantel that we ordered.

We don't yet have our own delivery service so we must rely on couriers for the time being and unfortunately sometimes things like this can happen that are out of our control and we can only apologise on their behalf.
