Good Afternoon Audrey, Thank you for taking the time to talk to me on the phone today. We are very sorry that was some confusion regarding your results. We had a short outage with our results portal that caused some sets of results to be hidden from view. This was resolved quickly but it's very clear from your review that this was not communicated to yourself at the time, and we will ensure this is fed back to the advisors your spoke to. I am happy to confirm your results should be available in full online. Any critical results were unaffected during this issue and I believe our advisor was intending to re-assure you that you would have been contacted should we have needed to do so.
