Would be good for information automatically to be passed to the GP following the screening. Potentially this might enable follow-up on results that we as a patient might not consider doing.

We understand the potential benefit of results being shared directly with your GP, as it could support follow‑up and ensure nothing is overlooked. At present, we do not automatically send reports to GP practices due to data protection and confidentiality requirements, meaning results remain securely with the customer to share as they choose.
That said, you can download your report as a PDF from your online dashboard and forward it directly to your GP if you wish. This allows you to control how and when your personal health information is shared.
Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our teams as we continue to review ways to improve our service.

We understand your comments about your blood pressure being affected by the difficulty in finding the room, as situations like this can naturally cause stress. We’re also really pleased to hear that you’ve already started making positive changes to your diet following your results, and it’s great that the assessment has helped prompt those steps.
We are, however, very concerned to hear about the symptoms you’ve described with your foot, including pain and discoloration. We would strongly recommend that you seek advice from your GP or a healthcare professional as soon as possible, as they will be best placed to assess this further.
