I found difficulty in downloading the result. On Adobe ...my computer won't accept it for some reason.... I am still awaiting a print out, promised by your agent

The health assessment specialist was not very friendly and abrupt, it was difficult to understand him as he was foreign.
This is my 3rd time using Bluecrest and it was the worst experience I have had.

I am extremely unhappy that Bluecrest will not allow me to test for psa prostate, pad, and other conditions because I reach the age of 80. This is unscientific ageist and misguided. Bluecrest should...

Thank you for your rating and review. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and I understand how disappointing this must feel. As a non diagnostic service, we are guided by clinical frameworks which do not provide recommended reference ranges for certain tests within higher age brackets. This is why we are unable to offer tests such as PSA in those circumstances. In some instances the risk of false positives outweigh the benefits of having the test carried out with us. If you do have any concerns for these areas of your health we would encourage you to speak to your GP as they can provide services with your full health history in mind.
I recognise that this may feel restrictive, and your feedback is important. I have passed your comments on so they can be considered as we continue to review and develop our services in the future.
