Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I am really sorry that your experience has not been a good one. I would like to assure you that we strive to offer all our customers a very high level of service including the accuracy of the work carried our by our representatives. Unfortunately, on this occasion we let you and ourselves down by falling short of our normally high standards. During the installation process it became apparent that an error had been made with the measurements and steps were taken immediately to rectify this by ordering replacements. I am delighted to hear that despite the unfortunate error you are able to appreciate the product and trust you will do so for many years to come. Kind Regards Tina Rawlings Appeal Home Shading 0800 975 5757 info@appealshading.com

The initial visit failed to identify problems with fixing blinds to vertical patio doors and as a result we probably paid more than we might have done.
