I am disappointed that the policy regarding the payment being requested at the point of delivery came as a surprise to you; we do not shy away from advising customers’ throughout the order process about our payment policies. We have technical specifications which our surveyors need to adhere too, this is to ensure the products function correctly, their continued reliability and also maintain their attractive appearance. We would not be able to offer a warranty on anything outside of these specifications. As one of you blinds was outside the specification it was necessary to replace it with 2 blinds. I am sorry you are presently not happy with the final installation but trust with time you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the blinds. I appreciate that the installation date was changed at the last minute as the courier we were using at that time failed to deliver the blinds in time, this is despite every effort being made by the Customer Service team who were trying to avoid this happening. The number of blinds indicated on the sales and survey documents were the number of blinds installed.
