I do feel that the poor guy who came to fit the blinds was very embarassed having to ask for the money up front before he could fit them. My husband and I have never had to pay so many deposits etc...

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service and product you have received from The Appeal Group. I am disappointed that the policy regarding the payment being requested at the point of delivery came as a surprise to you; we do not shy away from advising customers’ throughout the order process about our payment policies. We have technical specifications which our surveyors need to adhere too, this is to ensure the products function correctly, their continued reliability and also maintain their attractive appearance. We would not be able to offer a warranty on anything outside of these specifications. As one of you blinds was outside the specification it was necessary to replace it with 2 blinds. I am sorry you are presently not happy with the final installation but trust with time you will be able to enjoy the benefits of the blinds.
