I booked online it was very easy you could see all different options see what the rooms looked like and add extras if you wanted too.

One of the easiest online booking services I've come across.

Unable to book day tickets with Merlin pass at the moment
Room booked but unable to book therm park tickets with premium Merlin pass at the moment. Online chat help useless. And still no news on EV charging points.
