Easy service to use, straightforward, fully detailed and very quick. Like the confirmation screen and follow up emails as well.

Money taken and hotel isn’t even open. Furious
I booked a room and paid and then only afterwards was made aware that the hotel is actually closed!! Only able to get vouchers back! Shouldn’t let you book with being shut. Total fraud.
