The on-line booking process was reasonably easy. Before booking I read reviews and noticed that others had complained about breakfast not being available.

Very easy to book which is fab. My only issue was that we called to ask about the eat out to help out service and they didn’t know if they did it or not.... so we will now book somewhere else.

Absolutely rubbish. I tried to book online which I couldn’t do so called to speak to an agent, who was lovely by the way. But the process took more than 30 minutes and after spending £1000 in total...
