As per our email communication, you want us to hold back sending the new sweater to you as you are sending a pair of RM Williams Boots back for an exchange and want both items sent together. We will despatch them to the address you have provided as soon as your boots arrive back with us. William Lockie agreed that your sweater should not have passed their quality control and we do apologise for not noticing the flaw.
