Thank you for the feedback. The Dubarry Clare boot is a narrower fit than the likes of the Galway and we do find some customers struggle with the access in and out of the footbed. I am sorry you had trouble with the fit - if we can help with any other styles, please get in touch and we will make sure we pass your comments onto Dubarry.

The delivery service in Sweden (Swedish Post) didn´t even try to deliver at the door. You might as well stop paying for courier services and send by regular mail.

Thank you for the feedback. I have checked the Interlink tracking system and it appears an attempt was made to deliver your parcel on 9th October but access could not be gained as a door access code was required? We email all Swedish customers at the end of each day where delivery has failed advising them of the collection point their parcel has been left at and I can see from the Posten website that you collected your delivery on 10th October. I hope this was not too inconvenient for you and that you are pleased with your new RM Williams Boots.
