good service.. but a bit expensive to return items. we paid approx 40€ for the return package.

Thank you for your feedback. There is only one style of RM Williams Kimberley boot so I am unsure how the model would differ but will raise the point with RM Williams. We do not offer free returns, only free delivery and exchanges so it will always be necessary to pay to send an item back to us if it is unsuitable.
