Hi John, Thanks for your review. New mats will have excess lint to start with, even after the first wash. But they tend to settle down once they've had a bit of wear and a couple of washes. I would recommend giving them a brush & a hoover to see if that helps initially. I can't see that you have been in touch with us about this. Hello Laura, Thank you for your reply to my comments I certainly do not want to change my review, I certainly have been in touch with your Customer services and I say again to suggest I put these 2 new mats in a brand new £990 washing machine is not a very good idea it would block it up right away if you could see the amount of pile that is coming off these mats every day you would understand it is also difficult to get the machine to balance. The point I am making when you sell these products they should be fit for purpose at the point of sale and if they need washing this should be part of your production process I look forward to your response. Hi John, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your mat. New mats will have excess lint to start with, even after the first wash. As mentioned on our website, we do recommend that all mats are washed when they arrive and that you lift and launder your mats monthly.
