How would we know? We haven't been yet! And since booking what we thought were two connecting rooms, we received an email that IF we had booked that..... SAY WHAT? That was the whole point!

I’m so very sorry if our message requesting that guests with connecting suites check-in at the front desk rather than checking online was potentially confusing! We definitely do not want your upcoming trip to start off on the wrong note. Not all suite bookings on our site involve connecting suites and rooms. Some of our members book stand alone one bedroom suites and for those guests there wouldn’t be a need to check-in at the front desk if alternative check-in options are available. For those guests, we include the qualifier ‘if’ when describing the need for guests with connecting suites and rooms to check-in at the front desk so that they feel free to utilize any alternative check-in options.
For members like yourself, who have bookings with connecting rooms and suites, we do kindly ask that they check-in at the front desk to mitigate the chance that an automated check-in system would unknowingly override your connecting rooms. The front desk team at the hotel is in the best position to verify the existing connecting rooms and ensure that you’re room assignment is correct during the check-in process.

I realized after having sent three stars that the review was for the BOOKING portion of the experience. Yes. Our booking portion was straight forward and clear.
It was the communication after that was confusing. Thank you, Geoffrey. You've clarified in your most recent message that we DO have connecting rooms ("for members like yourself who have bookings with connecting rooms.....")

Suiteness concierge is AWESOME
My trip to New Orleans was Great...the concierge stayed in contact and answered all questions.The room was nice. I really enjoyed the suite. Cant wait to plan my next vacation.
