I got into such a great suit that was in my budget and I couldn’t have done it without the help of my agent. Planning a vacation can be stressful but she helped me decide with ease!

Did not get the room I booked. Zero customer service help in dealing with the problem. Do not book with this company. When something goes wrong, they will leave you SOL!

I’m so sorry we didn’t receive your texts. I can only imagine how frustrating that must have been. We would never want you, or any guest, to feel unheard which is why we have provided four ways to contacts us. Still, not responding to texts is certainly not our norm. We were updating our systems and there seems to have been a glitch that caused us to not receive any of your texts.
However, now that we have finally spoken to you, we were able to contact the hotel to find out why you were not placed in the suites you booked. I’ve sent a follow-up email outlining the situation and I’m glad we were able to come up with resolution that you are comfortable with.

i think there are more suites available in Houston that Suiteness does not offer, the quality of many of the suites offered are low end and leave something to desired.

Growing our inventory fast while maintaining quality is something that is top of mind for all of us here at Suiteness. One of our largest teams is actually specifically dedicated to scouting, adding, and getting inventory for all of our cities up and running. Since we are still relatively small, we'll often turn a city online with partial inventory so that those who want to have the Suiteness experience even though we don't have a full inventory, can do so while we're still working on it.
I hope that adds some color from what's happening on our side. :-) I'm glad you were able to find a suite with us for your upcoming trip and hope as we grow, we'll have an even more robust inventory in Houston or any other city you were planning on visiting.
