When the hotel reached out to us about the credit card error, we had the issue fixed within 7 minutes and I called you immediately to let you know the issue was resolved. The reason you were unable to reach anyone here at Suiteness was because I was actually on the line with the hotel returning their call immediately. We send over a virtual credit card with every reservation and for some reason this one was hitting an error - I'm really sorry about this. I want to make sure every one of our guests to have a great experience while traveling and that’s why I connected with the hotel immediately after seeing their missed call. I’d love to clarify! Refunds are triggered automatically, however they can take 7-10 business days to appear back in your account, just depending on your bank’s processing time!
