What an awful experience and I am deeply sorry about the behavior of the hotel staff - this is not the type of trip we want our guests to be having and we will be reconsidering this hotel in our inventory. There is nothing I can do to improve this trip that has already passed and hope that the local police department can assist with locating your possessions.

Thank you for providing feedback about the hotel and your trip - sorry to hear about those issues! We call for every reservation day of arrival to ensure suites are set, and the hotel had confirmed everything was ready for your stay. It sounds like there might have been a mix-up during the day causing room types to become out of order, and again so sorry for that frustration. In regards to the room quality issues, it's always best to bring those to the Front Desk while on site so they can work their best to resolve for you. Don’t do it!
Worst hotel suite ever. No hot water in the “whirlpool tub “. No hot water in either sink. Said someone would come by to fix it. Never happened. Whole hotel is junky. Don’t stay here.

So sorry to hear the hotel was not up to expectations! We always want to help you have the best stay possible. Since we are not on-site, the best thing is to contact the Front Desk to see if they can move rooms or offer compensation.
