Easy to use and quick! I wish there were more pictures of the hotel rooms. That’s the only change I would make. The website was easy to navigate.

I wanted to thank you so much for taking the time to provide us valuable feedback, we take it to heart and use it to continue to improve our product and customer service.
I have reached out to you personally to understand how we can improve our phone skills and address your concerns firsthand. Additionally, the moment you reached out to us about the confusing suite description we addressed and changed it on our site to ensure that future guests would not run into the same issue.
We strive to provide the best service to our customers and while we're not able to change your past stay, we hope that you'll give us a chance to make it up to you on a future trip. If you ever need anything before, during or after your trip you can always reach a Concierge via email, phone, text or chat.

My name is Cherie and I'm part of the Concierge team here at Suiteness. I am truly very sorry about your reservation and take your feedback to heart. We went back and looked at every single reservation that was related to what led to this issue and also have added another layer to our booking confirmation process in which each of our Concierges call on every single booking to make sure that nothing like this happens again. Jeanna is an amazing part of our team and we would not be this great without her - I will be sure to pass along the feedback. Thank you for leaving us a review and we hope your next trip with us will be a better review as well!
