My Sephora parcel was due to be delivered by their courier Evri and never got delivered. On the proof of delivery it had been delivered to the wrong house so I never received my order! Disappointing...

Waste of money!

I ordered a lip mask from here. They said it was delivered, but I never received it. It wasn't cheap either. Ordering here was like flushing my money down the toilet.

Thank you for your response. Communication was made with your chosen delivery company which does not have the greatest of reputations as they are known to do exactly this. They did not resolve the issue as they stated that the item was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to me. That is inaccurate.
