Generally ok until I opened this account then I got a letter accusing me of not putting enough into my account on a particular month when in fact I had.

The on-line service is good. It's even better now that transfers to/from savings accounts and the current account can be made online.

Would reccomend. The service is personal and efficient. Dealing with real people is rare these days. No fees for foreign transactions is great if you travel.
