Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really pleased to hear that you found our team helpful throughout. We’re sorry that the change to kerbside delivery hasn’t been suitable for your property. While our larger palletised orders do now come via Palletline, we can still deliver all of our smaller items, including small bags, firekits, Flamers, kindling and briquettes — through standard parcel couriers who can reach your address without any access issues. If you’d still like to enjoy Certainly Wood products in these smaller formats, we’d be more than happy to help you place an order or recommend the best options based on your needs. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’d like any assistance. Kind regards, Charlotte

Thank you for your feedback. As discussed, our briquettes are not a comparable product to our kiln dried logs and it appears that your expectation was that they would offer similar heat output for a prolonged time. We have tested our briquettes on several woodburners and achieved the length of burn that we quote, but individual burn time will depend on each user’s woodburner, conditions and burning habits. We feel that our offer of a full refund if you were to return the remaining product to us was fair. We’re sorry if you were unhappy with the way this was handled. Kind regards Certainly Wood

We appreciate your kind words! Our team works hard to deliver excellent service, and it’s wonderful to know it’s appreciated. We look forward to assisting you in the future! Best wishes, Hayleigh
