Shortly after writing such a negative review, I received a message from Andrew G. Understandably, his text tone was unhappy to say the least. However after communicating with Andrew it was found that for some reason, the messages never made it to my mail or junk mail and the number on the cc statement is an old number that had not been used in 10 years. He will look into that and get that updated. I did not have the website due to the fact I searched so many resume writing groups. A message that my purchase was complete or resume was finished never came through my email. Hence the use of the information from my cc statement. Andrew kindly gave me the information to the website so I could log in and review and download my resume- thank you Andrew! The record on their website shows it was produced and sent within 3 days. They were able to encompass pertinent information and turn my 4 page resume into 2 with positive look to the eye and quick reader. After realizing there was some systems error with messages and email- yes, their website warns about hotmail, however there was no mail that came through. I would rate this company at a high 4 and recommend there expertise.

You screwed up your chance. She never called as I would have received a notification of blocked call. She could have texted or emailed me but that did not happen. I received a text 2 hours after scheduled call. Only one call was scheduled. Not 2. Unprofessional. Poor communications. Would not recommend your company. Plus when you have issue you can't call a live person which is very frustrating.
