Thank you ! We're here anytime you need us !

Dear Nicole,

First, thank you for ordering from ResumeWritingGroup! The writers who worked on your project reported that it was a pleasure helping you with your career. I see that you originally posted a 5 star review but then swung completely in the opposite direction many months later when we were unable to assist you with a guarantee issue/claim. Please understand, as per our website's terms, that there is a 2 month limit to the guarantee and you contacted us more than 6 months later! This would be akin to making a purchase from a department store in the mall and attempting to return it after 6 months when the store had a much shorter return policy deadline. I trust you were happy with your resume (hence, the 5 stars)...but are struggling to find employment. I would be happy to extend your guarantee another 60 days if you follow our posted advice for distributing your resume and then still do not have a job in that time. Please contact me at andrew@resumewritinggroup.com for assistance/details.

  Hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Andrew Greenstein

Hi Lakesha,

Thanks for your review! I'm sorry to hear you were so disappointed. I do show that you exchanged emails with your lead writer over the course of several days and that she had your resume tweaked several times to your specifications. I do show all responses came very quickly and you two shared many ideas about your resume. You noted that there was something she wasn't understanding about what you wanted so Marilyn Somerset, a division manager, telephoned you and spoke with you directly...working it out in great detail and then assuring that all of your needs were met. Your next follow-up stated you were very pleased with your resume.

Re: The $20 referral fee to your cousin. Those are tracked and handled by automatic processing. To qualify, your cousin would need only to click the "REFER A FRIEND" link and then enter your email address. I'm sorry --but we have no way to do it after the fact :  (

If you have any other questions at all...or if you're still not 100% satisfied with your resume, let me know and I'll have it improved even further!

Sincerely,

Andrew Greenstein
