food was good and was hoping my dog would enjoy will keep trying him.

Delivery was great. I have a fussy eater and so far not been eating all his meals. Not sure if l will be ordering again.

Won't be ordering again

Items left out in the sun all day , left a wrong door even though 3signs up saying leave a Bk door , asked for new order none given

Hi there So we can see that you have ordered twice from us and that there were no issues with first order. We are sorry to see that you are disappointed with delivery of the second. The customer service team did ask for videos or photos of the defrosted items or photos so that we could resolve but we didn't receive them so unfortunately, there wasn't anything further we could do. Slight deliver error after a phone call this was rectified the following day. also sent some additional raw and some treats which was a lovely gesture. fantastic service.
