Hi there - I can see from your records that this is your first order? Are you comparing the bone to a different supplier? Our bone content is set at 10% as this is a biologically appropriate amount. Our recipes have been endorsed by Dr Nick Thompson and Caroline Griffiths, Canine Nutritionist so we are confident in our product. Our puppy options are run through an 8mm mincing plate so bone pieces will be present but they will be 8mm or smaller which is safe size for puppies.
