Hi Michael. We are sorry to see this review. When we knew the order was going to be delayed by 24hrs, we sent an email advising of the delay which was beyond our control. We then corresponded with you and whilst doing so offered assistance by advising that if you needed to fast your dog for 1 meal this is very healthy for dogs as advised by our linked specialist vet. Whilst every effort will be made by The Company and its agents to deliver an order within the time frame shown on The Website, The Company does not 'guarantee' a next day delivery service. There may occasionally be circumstances beyond the control of The Company when the delivery of orders is delayed. Should any potential late delivery occur, The Company will do their utmost to notify the User of such delay. Once you left your review on Facebook, we responded but we close comments on all our threads when there is nothing further we can support with to ensure our social media team can manage comments, posts etc. We are sorry that you remain unhappy with our service but we have fulfilled your order with a 24 delay and notified you when we knew this would happen.
