Hi Steven, we are sorry to hear you have been struggling to get hold of us. We have checked our email box and can't see an email from you but we will send you an email. We did have a temporary issue with our phones where we couldn't hear out customers but that has resolved now so we apologise for this. We can see from checking your order that a mixed bundle was ordered instead of a puppy bundle which is why that bundle was sent. Hopefully you have capacity to store this until your dog can eat it from 24 weeks upwards.

Hi Steven, we have popped you a little email with a screenshot of the order just so you can see. Yes the adult range is absolutely fine for a 5 month German Shepherd as they are a larger breed so mixing it in with the adult range is no problem. As always, we advise to monitor your dog when eating but we say this for any food no matter what age the dog is.
