We’re delighted to hear that Millie is enjoying the food, but we’re sorry to learn about the issues with variety and the frozen deliveries. If the food is cold to the touch or partially defrosted, you can safely refreeze it. If it's soft all the way through and at room temperature, this will not be suitable for refreezing. We recommend storing up to three days' worth in the fridge if room temperature. If you have any concerns, then please contact our team.
