Hi, Thank you for your feedback. In response to your recent email, we reassured you that we were in conversation with the courier company and delivery driver to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’re very sorry to hear your delivery was once again left at the wrong address and that you had to collect it yourself. We completely understand your frustration. As mentioned in our email to you, as long as the food had not reached room temperature, it is safe to re-freeze. On the delivery side, when you place an order, you receive pop-up notifications informing you that delivery may take up to 48 hours. Our boxes are carefully packed with this travel time in mind, ensuring the food remains fresh and safe for your dogs upon arrival. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for delivery before contacting us. Inside each box, you’ll find a sheet with a QR code to report any issues with your order. These steps are in place to help us handle any claims quickly and efficiently. You contacted us before the 48-hour delivery window for advice, which we responded to straight away; however, we haven’t yet received a response from you.
