We understand how upsetting and inconvenient it is to receive spoiled food, especially when it’s intended for your dog. Please accept our sincere apologies for the experience and for any frustration caused during the resolution process. While we do our utmost to ensure all orders are packed to withstand delays and typical transit conditions, frozen goods are perishable, and extended delivery times — particularly in warmer weather — can unfortunately impact the condition on arrival. As outlined in our terms, we do ask customers to be available for up to 48 hours to accommodate possible courier delays, but we completely appreciate that this doesn’t remove the inconvenience when issues do occur. Our photo request and refund process is in place to help us gather evidence for courier investigations and ensure we’re able to fairly assess each case. That said, we never want customers to feel like it’s a struggle to reach a resolution, and I’m sorry if this wasn’t handled as smoothly as it should have been. We value your feedback, and it’s being passed to our customer service and logistics teams to review and improve.
