Ordered from them before, yes there maybe some delays but over all the service is fantastic, the customer support staff are brilliant and will keep you up to date. I feel some people are judging them...

Ordered the 05th and approved and shipped but Royal Mail has not received
Just keep customers up to date as issues do happen. I have always had a good experience except here. I am happy to update.

We are so sorry for the delays. Please be assured your parcel has left our pharmacy and is currently on its way to Royal Mail.
Once Royal Mail has scanned your parcel they will confirm your delivery date and time.
I would advise to wait for your tracking number to be scanned and activated by Royal Mail. Unfortunately due to technical issues with Royal Mails system, it is taking much longer than usual for scans to be shown on the tracking page. We are also currently back logged with high volumes of orders, so this is also causing a slight delay. We really appreciate your patience during this time and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately until your tracking has updated with Royal Mail, we do not have any further updates at this time.

Additional comment. I have rescored to 5. My Order arrived on 7th working day. Experience tells me all orders have been received. The meds are U.K. BRAND and the tracking number is wrong. A probable case of influx of Orders. But I am pleased and others I hope will get there’s.

Poor delivery service
Delivery is very poor. I have now been waiting 8 days for my items. EU Meds are using Royal Mail tracked, however, status hasn’t changed in 8 days.

This is the same excuse I have been receiving for you get a week now. I have ordered other products where delivery with Royal Mail hasn’t been an issue.

On your tracking number it says the time frame in which they expect to deliver.
