Medication not received yet
Medication was prescribed and apparently still on its way Royal Mail has not received it from EU Meds yet. Needed those meds and haven't had this problem before with,EU Meds.

Absolute joke! 3 to 5 days delivery? Blaming Royal Mail. Something clearly wrong with EU Meds now, generic email responses about people's medication just isn't good enough.
My meds were showing online as being shipped from Gibraltor on 9th September...I thought great finally on their way...then they arrived BACK in Gibraltor on 13th September after being "processed" at Heathrow!! So flew from Gibraltor to UK where I live and were received back there??!!
I had even had text to say be delivered 9.30 to 10.30 on 14th..of course didn't arrive.
Now tracking number saying item yet to be received by Royal Mail.
Refund me asap.

Nearly 3 weeks not arrived or been sent for posting yet..I'm guessing as bo one replying when I ask for refund through every way I can then that's £79.99 wasted?

Medication not delivered struggling to speak to customer service
Having ordered previously always got my orders. This time tracking number was wrong and could not get in touch with customer service at all via all contact details.

Order Never Arrived
Order never arrived.
Royal Mail website / tracking info shows that item was never dispatched - even 9 days after EU Meds claimed the item was sent.
Waste of £54.99.
