There was a known issue with automatic document transmission around the time our records show you purchased the policy and I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Paid for a policy. They omitted details and policy sent through was for lesser cover, even tho i was charged higher amount! When rang through to ensure they added original detail they tried to charge...
