There was a known issue with automatic document transmission around the time our records show you purchased the policy and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. I will arrange for your policy documents to be resent as this issue has now been resolved.

Our records show that the policy was purchased by you via Money Supermarket so unfortunately, we had no control over the details input during the initial sale.
However, I can see that the amendment has been made and replacement documents issued. I apologise for the delay in getting these over to you.

Perhaps i was a little too harsh but I feel the first person I spoke to should have been able to correct the document and send me the corrected package (which I still have not received).
I would have to agree the insurance cover seems excellent and I would recommend it.
