Found the site very easy to use and it was all logical. It was very straightforward with no extraneous questions that would waste time. Well done to the designers.
I feel that the communication is quite poor. I tried calling and I gave me the option to select 2 choices, none of which started with my policy number so I was unable to progress to the next stage....

The phone number called did have an incorrect recorded message, which has been rectified now but i can appreciate the confusion at the time and apologise for the inconvenience.
