I trust this message finds you well. We have investigated the issue raised by you and as advised to you by email we work under contracts and policies of these attractions and thus the cancellation of any of our tours depend upon our local partner. As mentioned on our website we have flexible cancellation and amendment policies but these are specific for each tour and thus under the cancellation of the tours booked by you we were unable to waive off the charges as governed by our local partner. As mentioned by you on your email to us you were going to speak to our local partner for the cancellation of your tours and have not heard back from you since. May we request you to please advise us regarding this communication so that we may check the same and try and arrange this refund. We look forward to your reply. Regards Isango! Customer Support

Greetings of the day! I trust this message finds you well. We apologize for the delay and would like to assure you that we are still in contact with the concerned teams in Spain to resolve this matter. Kindly do not think we are ignoring your complaint and are still working on it. But at times there are cases which go beyond our control and do end up taking a little too long in being resolved as it involves a chain of people and in case of a complaint we cannot neglect any aspect and thus need to check every facet of the complaint which at times can take longer than the stipulated time. I would like to assure you that we would not hesitate in refunding the amount if it is a fault at our end but are still awaiting our local partner to complete their investigation into the matter. I would have preferred that they contacted me when I arrived at my destination country either…
I would have preferred that they contacted me when I arrived at my destination country either via email or my number rather then me having to call them to confirm the booking the day before the tour.
