We got told the wrong pick up point and so had to get a taxi…
We got told the wrong pick up point and so had to get a taxi to Puerto Rico harbour costing us 30 euros even though we had already paid for a transfer.

We request you to kindly give us more details on why you had to take a taxi to Puerto Rico harbour so that we may investigate this issue.
