We as a company are very vigilant on all our customer requests and have handpicked our local partners to get the best service and options for our customers, however on this occasion we sincerely regret the ambiguities that were created and are stringently taking it up with our local partner why the service levels were let down. As mentioned on our website FASTPASS® is a unique Disney service that allows you to book a time slot for a ride. You can have 1 active FASTPASS® reservation at any one time. For other rides you will be required to join the queue. Thus it does not include all rides even if you buy this from Disneyland themselves. We hope this clarifies the matter.
