We have booked through Helpful Holidays quite a number of times and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the holidays we have booked have been good value for money

I am sorry to hear that you had conflicting information from our team. It appears that when your enquiry was first made, a colleague was not aware that it was the February half term week. Unfortunately this far in advance we cannot make such an enquiry.
