Good site, easy access to cottage information but would prefer to be able to pay the deposit on line.

Thank you very much. We sent you a link to pay the deposit online and followed up with a phone call, I am sorry if it wasn't clear that you were indeed able to pay the deposit online.
Normally would have given 5 stars as have booked many times before and had excellent service, unfortunately on this occasion service was not as I would have expected from the person who took my call.
