Very helpful!
As their name suggests, the girls at Helpful Holidays were very helpful!
Easy to see each cottage details, pricing & availability. Booking form simple to complete as usual. Quick response from HH, phoned and sent online payment form the next day.
The process worked well except the email address was wrong, so presumably they would have received a demon notice but did not respond to check the address.

Responsive and helpful
Responded relatively quickly to emails. Got the answers to questions we needed in order to make a decision and make a booking.
