Telephone contact was extremely good. I needed to hold a property for 3 days in order to contact family members overseas. HH were most cooperative and I was able to confirm my booking.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the confirmation process did not run as smoothly as it should have done. It looks like the payment online initially failed so we had to assist over the phone.
