Thank you for your feedback. It's important that a member of staff does cast an eye over your booking before it is confirmed, as we often need to check small details with owners or holidaymakers. It enables us to help make sure that potential issues are prevented before they can arise. We understand, however, that this may be a little inconvenient and we'll absolutely take your feedback on board for the future. Your booking confirmation states the arrival and departure times; or standard time is 3om arrival and 10am departure.
