This is my first time with helpful holidays, but they were certainly more efficient than the last company I booked with. I would like to reserve judgement before giving a 5 star rating.
Not such a personal service as in previous years for the booking process
I completed the form as normal leaving details for call back to pay my deposit but no call. On checking my emails (which I don't do on a regular basis) there was an email requesting payment.

Thank you for your feedback. Once we know a booking is fine to go ahead our first step is to send a payment link so you have an option to complete your booking online before we follow up with a phone call. I am sorry that in your case you found this impersonal.
