They didn't call me back to take the deposit as promised. I had to call them one day later to ensure the online booking had worked correctly.
I have always found Helpful Holidays to be a friendly, caring and efficiently run company. Just spoken again to Helpful Holidays and Michelle was just lovely.
Marvellous service, highly recommnded. Very helpful person took our booking over the phone, called back promptly to confirm, all very smooth and hassle free.

Have just booked a holiday cottage with Helpful Holidays. Excellent customer service throughout booking process.
