Dear Customer, I am so sorry that you did not receive your order confirmation and order dispatched emails - sometimes these go into the recipient's spam folders. It must be very frustrating not to receive them and therefore be unaware that your order is on its way. As you are in the USA, the carriage takes longer than in the UK which is why you do not receive your order very quickly, as is normal with our domestic deliveries. As we explained to you via email, your order arrived in the USA on 17th August and is now in transit for delivery. Once again, I am so sorry you did not receive your order confirmation and dispatch e-mails, but rest assured your order is on its way to you in the USA - I hope you love the jewellery when it arrives!
