Hot Diamonds คำวิจารณ์

Good afternoon, I am very sorry to hear about both the faulty earrings, and the costs incurred to return them. We do provide paperwork with each order that details our Free Returns Service. This involves creating a pre-paid postage label which avoids any return costs. Please accept my apologies if this was not very clear. With kind regards Craig

Dear customer, I am so sorry! It is very unusual for our customers to experience quality issues with our jewellery as you can see from our overall product rating of 4.8/5, but of course this doesn't help you. I cannot apologise enough for the issues you have had with this order. I can see its been a frustrating experience. I have spoken to my colleague in customer services and we have agreed that it is only right, under the circumstances, to offer you a gesture that we hope will turn a negative experience into a more positive one. He will be in touch with you directly to explain what we have discussed. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the problems you have experienced - we will do our best to put this right. Kind regards, Adryan.
